The simple, classic design makes it suitable for any kitchen. We recommend oiling the board twice with canola oil or olive oil, wiping off the excess, and leaving it for a few hours. Then wash thoroughly in hot water, wipe, and leave to dry completely. This treatment will make the board less absorbent of moisture and maintain its proper shape longer.
