Enter the product codes that you want to add to the cart in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

Complaints and Returns

Complaints, Discrepancies

Quantity, quality complaints, and damages in delivery should be reported within 2 business days from the date of receiving the goods. Complaints in Poland are picked up by our own courier when their value exceeds 200 PLN net. Applications should be directed to the email address info@vilde.trade.

Returns

There is no possibility to return purchased products. The exception is an individual trade agreement.
