Order dispatch
We process orders on working days, from Monday to Friday. There is no minimum order requirement – we fulfil every order. We dispatch orders exclusively using your waybills generated in BL CONNECT. Orders paid for online by 13:00 are dispatched on the same day. Every item is carefully packed to ensure it reaches the customer in perfect condition.
Order processing
Please send us your order along with the label, after which the system will automatically add the logistics fee and send an email requesting payment for the order.
Please note! The payment link will also appear in the additional field if you have created one (the name of the additional field is: Payment link).

1. Do you provide photos and product descriptions?
Yes, marketing materials (photos and descriptions) are available to all our partners.
2. Do you have integration with BConnect?
Yes, integration with BConnect is available
3. How are deliveries handled?
We only dispatch parcels using your courier labels.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns in accordance with the relevant regulations.
5. Are there any charges for packing parcels?
Yes, the current packaging fee is PLN 1.99 (including VAT) per parcel.
6. What is the delivery time?
We usually process orders within 24 hours, or up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances.
7. When is the invoice issued?
An invoice is issued automatically for every order once the parcel has been dispatched.
8. How does payment for an order work?
Once you have sent us your order along with the label, a link for quick payment via Przelewy24 is generated automatically.
9. Are the prices in the catalogue net or gross?
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
10. Do you issue summary invoices?
No, a separate invoice is issued for each order.
11. Where can I find the dimensions needed to create a courier label?
Product dimensions are available in the catalogue. To view them, you need to import the catalogue into your BaseLinker account.
